Calibration is the process of comparing a device under test (DUT) with a reference standard of known accuracy to determine the deviation from the true value—this deviation is known as error. Once identified, the DUT may be adjusted to enhance measurement accuracy; this separate procedure is referred to as adjustment or trimming.

At Acquiescent Systems, calibration is performed in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards in a controlled and documented environment by trained professionals. To minimize equipment downtime and maintain process continuity, we also offer on-site calibration services at the client’s location.

Following calibration, a traceable calibration certificate is issued for documentation and quality compliance. Additionally, a calibration sticker is affixed to the instrument to indicate its calibrated status and next due date.
